Jack’s Molchanovs Instructor Wave 3 Upgrade and Training Breakthroughs

Big news from the Depth Junkies team: Jack is now officially a Molchanovs Wave 3 Instructor!

Over the past months, Jack has been training hard in Dahab, steadily increasing his comfort at depth and refining his equalisation. His dedication has paid off with some huge personal achievements:

• Free Immersion (FIM) PB: 80m

• Constant Weight (CWTB): 60m (even though he rarely trains bifins)

• Variable Weight with FIM ascent: 89m all the way to the bottom of the Blue Hole

  
  

These dives represent more than just numbers — they show the patience, discipline, and passion Jack brings to his own freediving journey.

Now, with his Wave 3 Instructor upgrade, he’s ready to guide other divers through the same process: building comfort, mastering advanced equalisation, and safely exploring greater depths.
